Mulberry in Newmarket is one of the 277 precinct’s prestigious luxury brands. Featuring beautifully designed interiors to complement their collections, it’s important to Mulberry that every fixture sits naturally with the store’s design – including their EAS security system. We sought to create a solution that was invisible within the store interior, removing traditional EAS pillars, while still retaining the high level of protection that luxury goods require

Scope

Solution design, project management, install and support an invisible EAS system.

Technology

Cross Point Argus AM Floor System (inground). Features include AM technology, remote service, jammer detection and integrated RFID.

Solution

The Argus AM Floor system was installed inline during the store’s fitout. Our project manager works alongside Mulberry’s builders, shopfitters and electricians to fit the system seamlessly into the store development project. The complete system consists of a wall mount control unit (installed in a wall cavity with discreet access panel), and an external antenna completely integrated in the floor of the store’s entrance.

Outcome

Mulberry’s interiors look incredible with the entranceways boasting uninterrupted views through into the store. Nothing is out of place, including the security. Staff enjoy the confidence that comes from knowing they and their products are protected. They also have complete flexibility in their merchandising and store design without having to work around traditional EAS pillars.
